Emma Clayton delivers online Monday 8pm 1.5 hrs class using Graham based dance technique for more experienced dancers but its never too late to embrace the depth and strength of the practice. Workig through Yoga / Pilates for dancers warm up followed by floor, centre and sequence based exercises.
